(Terms and Conditions") and all relevant documents to which the General Terms and Conditions are appended, including but not limited to any and all purchase orders, purchase orders acceptances, exhibits and their supplements, amendments or changes if any (collectively "POS" and each accepted purchase order "PO"), shall constitute the contract (the "Contract") for the products sold by Seller ("Products") to Buyer. “Seller” means the BOZAK ENERJI entity identified in the PO. "Buyer" means the buyer identified in the PO. Seller and Buyer are each referred to as a "Party” individually and the "Parties" collectively.

Operation and Maintenance
One of BOZAK ENERJI knowledge and experience is power plants support of customers during the first operation and full assistance after sale, that is maintenance of the power plant. This can be summarized by; material supply or manufacturing and providing necessary staff and supervisors to execute customers programs of pre-planned maintenance issues and revisions.
